AisleAgent (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted wedding planning product. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account data — name and email via our auth provider (Clerk).
• Wedding workspace data — partners’ names, date, venue, budget, vendors, payments, guests, checklist items, and notes you enter.
• Files you upload — e.g. contracts or guest CSVs for import features.
• AI chat content — messages you send to the AI planner and related tool actions.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe (we store subscription and credit balance references, not full card numbers).
• Usage & technical data — AI credit usage, approximate product analytics, and standard server logs (IP, user agent, errors).

How we use information

• Provide and improve the planning dashboard and AI features.
• Process subscriptions and AI credit usage.
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

We do not sell your personal information. Wedding content is used to operate your workspace and power AI responses for you—not to train public models for unrelated third parties under our control. Third-party model providers process prompts to generate replies.

Service providers

We use trusted processors such as Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting / AI Gateway), Stripe (payments), and AI model providers. They process data only to provide their services to us under their respective terms and safeguards.

Retention

We keep account and wedding data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated workspace data by emailing support@aisleagent.app. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period for security and legal compliance.

Security

We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS, access controls, managed infrastructure). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact us at support@aisleagent.app.

Children

The service is intended for adults planning a wedding, not for children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page.
