Agreement

By creating an account or using AisleAgent, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

AisleAgent is a software product that helps couples organize wedding planning (budget, vendors, payments, guests, checklist) and use AI-assisted tools for research, drafts, and guidance. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your region) and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

Subscriptions & AI credits

Paid plans are billed according to the price shown at checkout (currently $20/month unless otherwise stated). Subscriptions include a monthly AI usage allowance as described in the product. Additional AI credits may be offered for purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. You can cancel via the billing portal or Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise noted.

AI is not professional advice

AI features generate suggestions, drafts, summaries, and research assistance. They are not a substitute for a licensed attorney, financial advisor, wedding planner contract review, or other professional services. Always verify important details (prices, availability, legal terms, payment obligations) with vendors and qualified professionals before acting.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you (including sending prompts to AI providers as needed to generate responses).

Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or data you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for guest and vendor data you store in the product.

Acceptable use

• No abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass AI usage limits.
• No reverse engineering or resale of the service without permission.
• No use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy of AI outputs, or specific wedding outcomes.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service or other users.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions.
